• One on One Coaching

    Working together in a one on one setting can be a supportive way to start or deepen a meditation practice. Individual coaching provides a rich and customized approach

    Coaching might be for you if…

    -You’ve attempted to start a meditation practice with an app, but it’s not sticking

    -You are in a life transition (new baby, new job, new city, etc.)

    -You want to deepen and refine you practice by working with an experience meditator and teacher

    -You are new these practices and want to start exploring with the guidance of a coach

    These sessions are 50 minutes and might include elements of formal meditation, movement, journaling, and dialogue. The focus is on skills building. Explore my coaching offerings below.

Start where you are: Beginning meditation

Drawing on the science of habit change and the four foundations of mindfulness, we customize the start of your meditation practice to the rhythms of your life. Over the course of a month, you will build a personal meditation practice you love that honors your needs.

Awakening the heart: Cultivating self-compassion

Self-compassion is a muscle. Let’s build it together. Incorporating the latest science of compassion, mindful self-compassion practices, and a mix of journaling and imagery, you will learn about the qualities of compassion and practical ways to develop each quality within yourself.

Tiny Buddha: Mindful parenting

Parenting is a practice that stretches us. By setting intentions, learning about the science of child development, and incorporating mindfulness practices ranging from gratitude to compassion, we can strengthen our relationships with kids, and ourselves.
